    Free Shipping is available for the continental USA only.

    Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will need to pay for shipping and a shipping quote will need to be done. All Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us to receive a shipping quote.

    We also ship most items to Canada. Once your order is placed. We will contact you of any potential shipping charges if you are outside of the continental United States.

    When you place an order with a credit card, we do not remove the funds until your order ships. We will "Authorize" your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Debit card orders are withdrawn from your account immediatly. For larger dollar amount orders, please contact your bank prior to ordering to make sure the transaction will go through as daily limits are placed on most cards.

    Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy , where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

    Shipping Method
    Your order from FinestFirePits.com will ship using the fastest, and most reliable method possible. Most larger items are shipped via freight truck. Smaller orders will be shipped using UPS or FedEx depending on the manufacturer.

    Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with the name of the trucking company and the tracking number. Most freight carriers will contact you prior to delivery, but it is best if you contact them to arrange a good delivery time. We encourage you to track your shipment online using the trucking companies website or calling them directly.

    Most orders are shipped freight truck due to their weight or size. You can ask the freight company to provide additional services such as a lift gate, threshold delivery, or white glove delivery (inside your house). FinestFirePits is not responsible for any additional freight services you choose, and any request from the trucking company will be refused if we were not notified ahead of time.

    Shipping Times
    Most orders ship in 1 to 6 business days plus the transit time to your location. Transit times will depend on how far you are located from the manufacturers warehouse.

    Once your order arrives
    We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note. It is always better to be present for a delivery, as any shipping damage should be noted on the truck drivers reciept or bill of lading.

    If you are ordering a large item, you will want to have a couple of people present to help you unload the item from the truck. Please do not have elderly individuals unload the truck as the items may be heavy.

    Check for Damage
    If you notice any damage When receiving your item, please make a note of the damage on the truck drivers paperwork or bill of lading. Please be specific such as, if a box is ripped, mark the receipt as "box damaged". If you notice that the box is ripped and the item inside is damaged, please refuse the item, and write down the damages on the truck drivers receipt or bill of lading. Call us when this happens, and have a copy of your receipt or bill of lading with the damages noted ready. Fax or email us a copy of the receipt or bill of lading, and we will prepare a replacement order to ship as soon as possible.
